💡 Web dev tip: name a person's photo the same way you'd introduce them
A team photo's alt text should read like an introduction — the person's name, and their role if it adds context — not "team-photo-3.jpg" or a generic "person smiling," so a screen-reader user gets the same information a sighted visitor gets from the card.
